Accessing Documents in Different File Formats
One may need to download and install a plug-in or other browser component in order to access certain documents / content on this website. The plug-ins may be freely downloaded. PDF documents ensure that you will be able to obtain publications in their original format regardless of what type of computer, browser or operating system you use to access the Internet. PDF documents on this site larger than 100KB are displayed with the file size for your convenience. In order to view and/or print PDF documents, you must first download the
Acrobat Reader software. For best results, make sure you install version 7 or later of the Acrobat Reader. Other plug-ins you may need are:
Font Resize
As a standard we have limited the font resize buttons to only affect the main content of the site. Internet Explorer and FireFox both support global font resize and page resize.
To adjust the font size in Internet Explorer:
1. Click on View in the Menu Bar
2. Then select Text Size
3. Select the desired text size
To adjust the font size in FireFox, Netscape:
1. Go to the View in the Menu Bar
2. Then select Text Size
3. Select Increase, Decrease or Normal

2. Windows: CTRL+
To resize the entire site in Internet Explorer:
1. Go to the View in the Menu Bar
2. Then select Zoom
3. Select desired zoom percentage
To resize the entire site in FireFox:
1. Go to the View in the Menu Bar
2. Then select Zoom
3. Select Zoom in or Zoom out
